　私は洗濯機を持っていない。

　ここ７年ほど毎日手で自分の洗濯をしている。

　何ゆえ

　
　サロンを始めたとき洗濯機を置くスペースが無かった

　毎日タオルを手で洗濯した

　手にマメが出来てマッサージの時お客様に恐縮した

　せまい　小さいサロンで

　とにかく誠実に出来ることを一所懸命尽くした

　あのときの純粋さを失ってはいないだろうか？

　自分　に一番大切なものを見失ってはいないだろうか？

　
　いつも原点に立ち返りこのことを考える

　洗濯していたあの時の気持ちを忘れないように
　
　方向性がぶれていないか確かめる　　良心に問うてみる

洗顔教室開催中！！

7年前、結果を出すサロンをめざしてスタートして最初にぶち当たった壁がシミでした。

その人は、年中真っ黒でシミの中に顔があるという感じ　脂性肌で週3回ゴルフで紫外線を浴びる生活を20年近く続けている人
生活パターンは変えられないという

施術した日は薄くなった様な気がしたが。次週来ると毛穴はひらっきぱなしで黒くテカッて
元のモクアミ1ヶ月してほんの少し白くなった程度　

こんなことでいいんだろうか？お客様のシミ　シワ　ニキビ　毛穴の開きいろんな悩みの方をみていて、キレイになるのが遅い人には

同じ行動パターンがあるのを発見！！！

すべての行動が速い、時間をかけていない！！

すばやい行動がいつしか習性となり、洗顔もゆっくり丁寧に洗う、20回以上すすぐことができていない

ことが判明。洗顔の仕方をおしえなきゃダメダ！！

サロンに来てお肌の状態がよくなったことことが、次週まで続くためには洗顔の仕方を教えようと洗顔教室を開催しました。

洗顔剤の選び方　　泡の立て方　　ぬるま湯の温度の見分け方　　洗う方向
すすぎのしかた　すすぐ回数　息の吐き方　洗う強さ　等々

ひとりにエステシャンが一人つき　実際に感覚で覚えていただく

洗顔の仕方が上手になると　ある時期にすっとあか抜けてくる

顔がしっとりしだし日に焼けにくくなる　

あるときを境にきれいになっている自分に出会う

もうこちらが日焼けを注意しなくても

｢アッ！こんなにきれいにしてもらったのに申し訳ないと思うようになったの！｣と言ってくださる。

そしてその方のシミは、もうどこにも見当たらない。

たった一人のために始めた洗顔教室。いまだにずーっと続いている。

この人の悩みを解決したい　過ごした時間を共に喜びたい

そのために出来ることは何？

原因を考え

解決策を探り

一つ一つやってみる

サロンで洗顔を教えるなんて今までやった事が無い

でも

やる価値のあることはやってみようとおもった

だめなときはまた考えて最善の事をやってみよう

Facial Cleansing Course (Sengan Kyoushitsu)

3720 is the number of people I have taught in the last seven years on how to wash thier face.
7 years ago, when I started my salon which aims specifically at producing the maximum result, I was welcomed with my first predicament…the aging spots.
There was a customer who has been playing golf for almost 20 years and was constantly being exposed to Ultra Violet rays. She had a very oily skin which was covered with dark age spots. Nevertheless she never wanted to change her endangered lifestyle.
After her first visit, the spots seemed to become less visible but the next week she came, I noticed that her pores were wide open and grease was still coming out. After a month of treatment, all I could achieve was toning her skin.
Then I thought to myself ‘ is this really working?’
I have seen many different types of skin troubles including acnes, wrinkles, and overly exposed pores. Then one day, I came to discover the fact that those who tend to take more time to see the improvements have exactly the same patterns in washing their faces.
That is to say:
Not taking enough time, just like everything they do is done in a hustle!!
You can see their hectic lifestyle reflected on their way of everyday facial cleansing---most of them not spending the time to rinse their face more 20 times.
It was clear that I had to teach them the simplest thing….how to wash your face!!!
This is how I started to offer my face-cleansing course in order for them to maintain their skin both at home and in the salon.
From choosing the right cleanser, how to work up a lather foam, the right water temperature to washing directions, rinsing, breathing techniques and so on, I specifically guided them with every detail.
Surprisingly, once you become good at cleansing the face, you start seeing the results in a certain period.
Your face is rejuvenating with enough moisture, therefore receiving less damage from the sun.
Then you meet your new face and treat it more carefully with love.
Now the person I mentioned above has no dark spots!
The face-cleansing course was originally started for this one person but it ended up being held occasionally for a lot more.
I have always been trying hard to minimize their worries and become happy together.
For that, I constantly search for the cause and do what I can do by taking these little steps.
Nobody taught in any salons how to wash your face properly.
But I tried and it was worth it.
There is a big difference in making customers satisfied and them being satisfied.
For each person in front of me, I am determined to work on my research everyday

I am Katsuko, Konno, as you know the representative of the Ethte Room Paseo.
am finally starting my own weblog which I have been trying to work on for a long time.
For many years I have always wanted to share my ideas and daily incidents of things that
occur in my salon with all people including those that I dont have personal contact with.　
Furthermore, I have lately been getting increasing numbers of messages with requests
from various people asking me how I practice the skills on which the philosphy of this
business is founded.
Speaking of myself, I have also been very fortunate to meet great people from all over
and with their help, my business is doing wonderfully.
